Delivery costs depend on the delivery location you specify, and you will be informed of the shipping costs in the order summary displayed on the EMNANA.COM website before you confirm your order. Delivery cost amount will be payable by you in addition to the price and applicable taxes of the goods you ordered. We reserve the right to divide your order into partial shipments; in case of partial shipments, however, we will not charge you more than the cost of a single shipment. Note that at the time of your purchase, ISTANBUL ONLINE may offer partial of full discount for shipping costs.
It is Customer’s own responsibility to determine and pay any taxes or similar applicable in Customer’s country. For some countries we may provide an estimate of these taxes during the ordering process for information purpose only, without any liability on ISTANBUL ONLINE.
Timing of delivery
During the ordering procedure on EMNANA.COM website we will inform you of the time required for delivery depending on your specified country and address. In case we are not able to ship your order or a part of your order without material delay, customer service will contact you to provide more detail and an estimated shipping date.
It rarely happens that our customers do not receive their order within the specified timeframe for each country; however, from time to time this does occur. If your parcel does not arrive please email us at email@example.com. We will investigate the matter immediately for you.
Upon dispatching, cargo information is sent to your e-mail address. If you have registered on Emnana.com website, you can follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.
A signature is required upon delivery. You, or an authorized person, must sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures that your purchase is safely delivered to you. On delivery you must check that your shipment is correct and to see if there are damaged or missing goods. If you notice damaged or missing goods you have to note the problem by hand on the delivery notice and sign, and you must contact us no later than ten (10) days after receiving the delivery.
If you are unavailable when your package arrives, DHL will leave a re-delivery slip.
We will not process any order for which a post office box or APO/FPO address, or a hotel or motel address is provided, and any such delivery address will not be accepted during ordering procedure. In case country, state or other regulations forbid shipping of products to the address you state then customer service will get in contact with you. A signature of an adult (aged 18 years or older) may be required for delivery. Once a signature is obtained at the delivery address, Client assumes all responsibility.
Problems in delivery
Any failure in delivery or late delivery exceeding ten (10) business days should be reported to our customer service as soon as possible. You must notify us within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmation of your order in order for your claim of delivery failure or late delivery to be accepted by ISTANBUL ONLINE.
If your purchase was damaged during shipping then the courier company is responsible, not you.
