When your product is given to DHL, we will send you a notification e-mail. In addition, DHL will send you a message notifying that they have taken delivery of the product, and you will also receive a tracking number and a platform where you can make your delivery preferences. If you have registered, you can follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.
A signature is required upon delivery. You, or an authorized person, must sign for your order upon arrival. In their e-mail message DHL will provide you with options regarding other delivery conditions.
If you are not at the address when your product comes to your address, DHL will bring your product for free a second time to the same address the next day. If you are not at the address, you should contact the shipping company to organize the product delivery. DHL’s services include giving you the choice of the day of delivery. In the standard procedure, products sent to a person are delivered by DHL only to that person. If the products are sent to a company, then a company employee can take delivery of them. You may return any product ordered on the emnana.com website for refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date.
Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached and in their original packaging (if possible the original delivery box). The original invoice must be sent back with any return. In its sole discretion, ISTANBUL ONLINE will determine if the products are in original condition when returned, and if we determine that the products are not in their original condition (please refer to above paragraph) then they will be returned to you. Processing of your return will take up to ten (10) days.
$7.00 will be deducted from your order refund for return postage. The original shipping & handling charge , is non-refundable. However, you will not be charged for the new order shippimg ,you make for an exchange
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If your order is not already dispatched we will cancel your order. Refund for canceled orders will be made within ten (10) business days. All refunds shall be made to the original form of payment.
Orders for dispatched goods cannot be canceled.
